How to care for a quilt?

Caring for a handmade quilt ensures it stays beautiful and durable for years to come. Here are some tips:

1. Washing: Use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild, non-abrasive detergent.

2. Drying: Your quilt can go in the dryer. Choose a low-heat setting and add some clean tennis balls to help fluff the quilt.

3. Regular Care: Occasionally, shake out your quilt and let it air out to keep it fresh.

How is my order shipped?

We ship using Canada Post for the majority of orders. Canada Post is as reliable as other courier services, and for most packages it is the least expensive. 

Canada Rates:

Flat rate shipping: $5

• Shipping to remote locations and orders comprising of extremely bulky items may incur additional shipping costs. In these circumstances, we will contact you with an additional payment request for extra shipping charges.

US Rates:

• Unfortunately at this time we are not shipping to the US.

International shipping

International shipping is very expensive and therefore is only available upon request. Please contact FabricFunZone@gmail.com to discuss.

Is curbside pickup available?

Yes! You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Barrhaven. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days.

Please wait to receive an email with the subject 'Your order is ready for pickup.' Once you receive this confirmation, you are welcome to come and collect your order. Arriving before the confirmation email may result in your order not being ready.

Pickup is available :

Mon.-Fri.: 6pm - 9 pm
Sat-Sun: 12 pm – 4 pm
